1. Do you ship to my country?

We ship to Europe, North America and Australia.

 

2. How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping for orders over $50 (after discount).

$10 for orders under $50.

 

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Usually within 48h to process, and it will be delayed to within 72-96h during the certain holiday. 

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time 

(not including customs delays and any unforeseen circumstances) 

Processing Time: 2-3 days (including weekends and holidays)

Standard Shipping Time: 7-20 business days(Vary from different destination, kindly check when checking out)

 

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. After that you will be able to track your order. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available.

 

5. What if the package doesn't arrive?

If you don't get your package 40 days after it was shipped, please contact us at service@almondrocks.design. We'll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.
