1. No Returns for Non-Defective Items (Cross-Border Shipping)
Due to the high cost and logistical limitations of international shipping, we do not accept returns for non-defective items, including:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size ordered
- Personal preference issues
- Items that have been opened, worn, or used
We kindly ask customers to carefully check the size chart and product details before placing an order.
Note: This policy does not affect any legal rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in the EU, Australia, or the United States.
2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- defective,
- damaged during shipment, or
- different from what you ordered,
we will offer one of the following solutions at no additional cost:
- A replacement item
- A partial refund
- A full refund (depending on the severity of the issue)
Evidence Required
To process your claim, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We may decline a claim if the provided evidence is insufficient or appears inconsistent with normal product defects.
3. EU Consumer Rights Notice
EU consumers are normally entitled to a 14-day withdrawal right for distance purchases. However, this right does not apply to:
Hygiene-sensitive clothing items, such as socks and underwear
Products that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
Since our main products include socks and intimate homewear items, these products are exempt from standard return rights once opened.
Unopened items remain eligible for withdrawal under EU rules.
However, due to cross-border logistics, instead of physical returns, we may offer:
- A partial refund
- A store credit/discount code
- Order cancellation before shipment
4. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Compliance
Under the Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to remedies if goods:
- are faulty,
- are unsafe,
- differ significantly from the description, or
- are not fit for purpose.
In these legally required cases, we will provide a refund, replacement, or other appropriate remedy.
However, ACL does not require businesses to accept returns for:
- change of mind
- minor issues that can be addressed without return
- hygiene-sensitive items that have been opened
5. United States Consumer Rights
In the United States, returns for non-defective items are not legally mandated.
Therefore, our no-return policy for non-defective items applies unless otherwise stated.
Defective or damaged products will always be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with applicable state laws.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not been shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or returned unless it meets the defective/damaged criteria above.
